1. Returns Policy

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

However, returns/replacements may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged during transit
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Package received in tampered or opened condition
  • Product is expired at the time of delivery
  • Missing items in the order

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos/videos of the product, packaging, and invoice must be shared
  • The product must remain unused and in its original packaging

2. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed under the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Order cancelled before dispatch
  • Product unavailable after order confirmation

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within:

  • 5–7 business days for prepaid orders
  • In some banking cases, it may take additional processing time depending on the payment provider

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through:

  • Bank transfer
  • UPI transfer

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our facility.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or incorrect:

  • Opened food packages
  • Partially consumed products

  • Products returned without proof of purchase

5. Shipping Damage Claims

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Please do not discard the packaging
  • Take photos before opening
  • Share the details with our support team within 24 hours

Our team will review the claim and provide a suitable resolution.

6. Quality Assurance

At Paapi, we use carefully selected ingredients and maintain strict hygiene standards in manufacturing and packaging. Minor variations in:

  • texture,
  • color,
  • aroma,
  • or taste

may naturally occur due to seasonal ingredients and traditional preparation methods. These variations do not qualify as defects.
