Please read these terms before placing an order. By using the website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.

1. Using Our Website

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order. If you are under 18, the website may be used only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

When using the website, you agree to provide information that is accurate and complete. You must not impersonate another person or use someone else’s payment information without permission.

We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe that the website is being misused, an order is fraudulent or these terms have been violated.

2. Customer Accounts

You may be able to place an order as a guest or through a customer account.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that are used for fraud, abuse, unauthorised resale or other unlawful activity.

3. Product Information

Thiral Foods offers traditional, millet-based and wellness food products prepared using carefully selected ingredients and hygienic processes.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product names, descriptions, ingredients, allergen information, photographs, pack sizes, prices and availability accurate.

However:

  • Product colours may appear slightly different depending on the screen used

  • Packaging may be updated from time to time

  • Minor typographical or technical errors may occur

  • Natural ingredients may vary slightly between batches and seasons

Product images are provided to help you identify the item. Props, serving bowls, garnishes and ingredients shown in lifestyle photographs may not form part of the product being sold. Please refer to the product title, pack size and description for the actual contents of your order.

If you notice a material difference between the product information shown when you ordered and the product received, please contact us.

4. Natural Variations

Our products contain ingredients such as grains, millets, dals, vegetables, herbs, spices, nuts and seeds. Their natural characteristics may change slightly depending on the season, source or batch.

Small differences in colour, aroma, texture, taste or powder consistency are normal and do not necessarily indicate a defect.

This does not apply to products showing signs of spoilage, damaged packaging, an unusual odour, mould or any other food-safety concern. Do not consume such a product. Contact us within the period specified in our Return and Refund Policy.

5. Ingredients, Allergens and Health Information

Ingredients and allergen information are displayed on the relevant product page and product packaging. Please read this information carefully before purchasing or consuming a product.

Our range may include products containing or made with ingredients such as milk, wheat, oats, soy, sesame, mustard and tree nuts. If you have a severe food allergy or require additional information, please contact us before placing your order.

Product descriptions, recipes, articles and other information on our website are provided for general information. Thiral Foods products are foods, not medicines, and should not be used as a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

If you are pregnant, nursing, following a medically prescribed diet, taking medication or managing a health condition, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes.

Customers are responsible for checking whether a product and its ingredients are suitable for their dietary requirements.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.

The total amount payable, including applicable taxes, shipping charges and any discount, will be shown before you confirm payment.

Payments are handled through third-party payment providers. Thiral Foods does not normally receive or store complete card details, UPI PINs, CVVs, OTPs or online banking passwords.

If an incorrect price is displayed because of a technical or administrative error, we will contact you before dispatch. You may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. We will not charge an additional amount without your approval.

7. Orders and Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation by email, SMS or another available communication method. This confirms that we have received your order.

An order may be cancelled before dispatch if:

  • The product is unavailable

  • The delivery PIN code is not serviceable

  • The price or product information contains a material error

  • Payment has not been completed or verified

  • The order appears fraudulent or unauthorised

  • The quantity ordered is not reasonably available for retail fulfilment

If we cancel a prepaid order, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

8. Promotions, Discounts and Coupon Codes

Promotions and coupon codes may have separate conditions, including minimum order values, eligible products, validity periods and limits on how often they may be used.

Unless an offer specifically says otherwise:

  • Only one coupon may be used per order

  • Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Expired coupons cannot be applied

  • Discounts cannot be added after an order has been placed

  • Promotions may be withdrawn or corrected if published in error

Any product purchased during a promotion remains covered by our policy for damaged, incorrect, expired or unsafe products.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and delivered according to our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. Delivery may be affected by courier availability, weather, public holidays, transportation disruption, local restrictions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please provide a complete address, correct PIN code and reachable phone number. If incorrect or incomplete information causes a failed delivery or return to origin, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

If a product is delivered later than the stated delivery schedule, any available remedy will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Shipping and Return and Refund Policies.

10. Cancellations, Replacements and Refunds

Because our products are food items, delivered products cannot normally be returned and restocked.

A replacement or refund may be considered when:

  • A product arrives damaged or tampered with

  • An incorrect product is delivered

  • An item is missing

  • A product is expired when delivered

  • A product shows verified signs of spoilage

  • We are unable to fulfil a confirmed order

Delivery-related issues must be reported within 24 hours, along with the information requested in our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these terms removes any return, refund or replacement right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Reviews and Customer Content

If you submit a review, photograph, recipe, comment or other content through our website, you confirm that:

  • The content reflects your genuine experience

  • You have the right to share it

  • It does not infringe another person’s rights

  • It is not unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading or promotional spam

You allow us to display and reproduce submitted content for operating and promoting Thiral Foods. We may remove content that violates these terms, but we are not required to publish every submission.

We will not knowingly publish your private contact or payment information as part of a review.
