M³ Soup

Thiral M³ Soup brings together Mudavattukkal, Mudakathan leaves and Moringa leaves in a savoury blend of lentils, vegetables and aromatic spices. Peppery, warming and layered with familiar South Indian flavours, it is a convenient soup for a comforting break at any time of day.

Three traditional ingredients. One warming bowl.

Thiral M³ Soup is named for its signature trio: Mudavattukkal, Mudakathan and Moringa. These traditional ingredients are blended with lentils, tomato, onion and a carefully balanced mix of cumin, pepper, ginger, garlic, coriander and whole spices.

The result is a savoury, aromatic soup with gentle heat, an earthy lentil base and a clean herbal finish. It is a simple way to enjoy a thoughtfully layered traditional recipe in a convenient format.
