Thiral Prince Porridge Mix brings the distinctive colour and flavour of Black Kavuni rice into an easy savoury porridge. Sago adds body, while cashew and black urad dal contribute a roasted, nutty character.

Fennel, cumin, garlic, fenugreek and dry ginger are balanced with curry leaves, coriander leaves and drumstick leaves for a gently aromatic finish. The cooked porridge has a naturally dusky grey-lavender colour and a satisfyingly creamy, grain-textured consistency.

How to Prepare?

Add 1 tablespoon of Prince Porridge Mix to a glass. Pour in 100 ml of hot water and 100 ml of warm milk, then stir well until smooth and lump-free. Enjoy as a nourishing drink.
For a porridge, add a few tablespoons of the mix to a pan with milk and water. Stir continuously and cook for 5 minutes until creamy. Serve warm.
