Thiral Millet Banana Pancake Mix brings together foxtail millet, sprouted wheat and real Nendran banana in a convenient breakfast mix made for modern mornings.

Unlike conventional pancake mixes built mainly around maida and refined sugar, this recipe uses foxtail millet flour and sprouted wheat flour as its base. Real sun-dried Nendran banana powder adds the familiar banana flavour—without relying on banana essence.

How to Prepare?

Add the required quantity of Millet Banana Pancake Mix to a bowl.
Gradually add milk and whisk until you have a smooth, pourable batter.
Mix in a little melted butter or ghee. Add an egg if desired.
Rest the batter for 15–20 minutes.
Pour onto a lightly greased pan and cook over a low flame for 1–2 minutes.
Flip and cook the other side until golden.

Serve warm with fresh fruit, nut butter or your favourite pancake topping.
