How to Prepare?
Add 1 cup of Millet Pongal mix to a pressure cooker with 2 cups of water. Add Salt to taste
Cook for 2 whistles (about 10 minutes) and simmer for 5 minutes.
Once done, drizzle with ghee and serve hot with coconut chutney.
